Consumer Centered Management certified company

As a result of continuing management activities to increase customer satisfaction and to carry out the mandatory CCM training for the introduction of customer centered management, the company acquired the Consumer Centered Management (CCM) certification in 2021.


CCM, which is evaluated by the Korea Consumer Agency and certified by the Fair Trade Commission, is a nationally accredited system that evaluates and certifies every two years whether a company organizes all activities that plan and sell products and services as consumer-centered and whether the related management activities are improved.


Through this certification, Junghyun Electric will work harder to listen to the words of the customers, think in the customers’ point of view and provide good quality services.
